Here at CrossFit Freehold we do a lot more than tell you what machine to use, how many reps to do and what buttons to push.

We teach you new skills, challenge you to work harder than you ever have before and demand commitment to ensure the best possible results. In order to ensure our program is as safe, efficient and effective as possible for everyone that trains here, our coaches take time to get to know you and give you the tools you need to succeed. We do not rush this process, and therefore we require everyone to participate in an introduction to our program.

Step One:

Free Intro Class: Our program is very hard to explain…make our lives easier and just come try it! Prior to making any type of commitment, we want you to experience our workouts, coaching and gym environment first-hand. Your Free Intro Class enables you to meet our coaches and get familiar with our workout environment, learn how we can modify all of our workouts to any fitness level, try a workout first-hand (optional) and ask questions about how the program works or anything else on your mind.¬†Please call or email us to schedule your Free Intro Class.¬†

Step Two:

Foundations: If you decide to train at CrossFit Freehold, before you can enter into the mainstream classes you MAY need to complete our Month One Foundations program. This program  includes three 1-on-1 or small group class sessions. Upon successful completion of the program, you will than have access to unlimited monthly sessions for the remainder of the month.

The Foundations Program is designed to gradually introduce the movements, training and intensity found in our program. In this program, we will expose beginners to our movement curriculum to allow the transition into mainstream classes to be as smooth as possible. Movement techniques will be drilled and you will receive a progressive introduction to the intensity levels that are inherent in our group classes. Clients can test out of the Foundations Program if they have a level of experience that permits them to do so. This program is solely created for the safety of every client in our gym. We do not want anyone to be intimidated in our classes so this program has been created to allow yourself to build comfort with the movements and surroundings.
