At CrossFit Freehold we strive for perfection in every client we train. Some people that come to us need some extra work, have different goals, and strive to succeed at levels higher than your average person. We have been lucky enough to have high caliber collegiate athletes as well as Professional and Olympic caliber atheltes grace us with their presence. Some have spent a few weeks with us and some have been with us since day one. All of the athletes below are outstanding in their own way and each have their own great story.
